Audiences Wowed by the Ion Fiz Collection at Madrid Fashion Week
The Ion Fiz collection as showcased at the recent Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Madrid was impressive to all in the audience. White was the color of the day in soft and chic pieces that are perfect for the warm weather of spring and summer, and the label once again proved that it knows how to dress a woman.
The show began with a loosely fitting double-breasted coatdress with high skirt and deep V-neck. The model was perhaps showing more skin and cleavage than most women would, but the flowing fit made for a very feminine touch. The wide collar gave it a certain formal appeal while the shorter length kept it fun and flirty.
Next up was a lovely off-white straight skirt paired with a tank top that had metallic accents for eye-catching appeal. A slim taupe belt broke up the otherwise monochromatic look and overall it was simple and clean and very sophisticated.
For those who prefer trousers, a skinny pair that hit above the ankle was next on the runway, also in an off-white or cream shade. A square cut metallic top with boat neck kept it appropriate and professional but the loose cut of the blouse made it obviously comfortable and perfect for spring and summer. Another thin belt and long necklace added femininity and style.
A shorter dress also in a square cut was next, and this too used soft metallic accents to add color and visual appeal. The square cut and short sleeves gave it a unique touch and the side pockets also personalized it in style.
The men were also represented by the Ion Fiz label, in soft white linen pants accompanied by square cut bohemian inspired shirts with V-neck and high collars. Everything was also monochromatic in shades of white with a bit of shimmer and shine. Mustard yellow shorts with a white button-down shirt with large circles for designs were another choice, and the entire look was summery and bright while still being very masculine.
For the ultra-professional look, a soft white suit with pencil skirt and traditional jacket graced the catwalk. The cut was classic and traditional and very flattering, the hemline just above the knee and the jacket nipped in the waist and tailored to fit. Femininity was not lost in the collection, as a flouncy lace dress also made an appearance, the full skirt adding some fun and flirtation to the ensemble. Another loose and lacy skirt also showed, this time with a sheer blouse under a tailored jacket for a more formal touch.
The Ion Fiz label is one that is making quite an appearance at fashion shows around the world, and one to look out for during your next outing at your favorite department store.
