It’s no surprise that actress Minka Kelly is a stunning beauty; her mother was once an exotic dancer that caught the eye of Rick Dufay, a guitarist from the mega successful band Aerosmith. While her parents’ relationship did not last, Minka obviously inherited her mother’s great looks and grace and her father’s edgy style.
Minka is best known for her roles in Friday Night Lights, the TV series based on the film of the same name, and for the movie Charlie’s Angels. Minka also confessed in the same interview that she’s a fan of getting at least eight hours of sleep every night, and despite her busy schedule, may actually plan a nap during the day. She also drinks lots of water throughout the day, and calls these the best things anyone can do for their appearance. Sleep is when the body renews and repairs itself, and this includes skin cells, so if you get enough sleep you’re likely to look refreshed and healthy. Water also feeds the skin and plumps it up, and helps to flush out toxins and even fat. If it works for Minka, it must work in general!
Eating fresh is also a great trick for Minka, who says she loves to make her own food even when working.
