As you can see, where you buy your pizza from makes a difference to how many calories is in each slice.
Creating Healthier Pizzas
If you really don’t want to have more than 1,000 calories when you enjoy your next pizza, there is a way to make them healthier. You could opt for a thin crust base or you could also choose the reduced fat cheese option too. Removing fatty ingredients and replacing them with less fatty ingredients is also a great way to cut back on calories.
It is possible to have a slightly healthier pizza. However it is recommended that you aim to limit the amount that you eat if you are trying to stay healthy.
