The Young and Classic Style of Actress Maggie Grace
Young actress Maggie Grace first caught the attention of audiences in 2004, playing the character Shannon in the TV series Lost for two seasons. She then went on to appear in other series and films, most notably the 2008 movie Taken alongside powerhouse actor Liam Neeson. She reprised her role as Kim, the daughter of Neeson’s character Bryan, again in 2012 in Taken 2. Off-screen, Maggie is known for her young and classic style that highlights her winning smile and naturally beautiful features.
One thing that fans will immediately notice about Maggie is that she’s not afraid to change up her hair color, going from naturally dark brown to a blonde and sunny shade just this past year, and having appeared as a blonde some years previous. Her hair is very fine and naturally straight, which may give her some challenges when it comes to style options, but changing the color is a good way to add some personality and style. Because her skin tone is so far, Maggie can go from dark chestnut brown to deep blonde easily, and it’s obvious that she’s having some fun with her looks.
Her red carpet style is also evolving, and she still has fun when making appearances. Maggie may arrive in a black jersey knit dress with blue flowers along the neckline or a blue and white softly printed silk dress that is feminine and flirty. She has also been seen in a white lace gown that is very feminine and classic, and in a black form fitting dress with halter style straps. No matter her choice, Maggie is obviously enjoying her time on the red carpet and rather than following trends, is dressing for her own frame and her own style.
Because Maggie has such naturally beautiful features, she rarely covers them up with lots of makeup, opting instead to use soft colors on the eyes and cheeks and just a bit of pink or peachy lip stain when needed. This keeps her look young and fresh and allows her great features to shine through. Rather than caking on the makeup and looking too artificial, she keeps it light and breezy and natural. Her wide smile is easily her best feature and she’s never afraid to show it no matter the event or occasion.
Check out Maggie’s easy style the next time you see her on the red carpet. She’s always one to watch and is maturing in her style and her choices. She’s come a long way since Lost and has shown herself to be a true actress, and a star on the red carpet as well.
