Veiled and Lace Chest Wedding Gowns
The centre of attention for a wedding dress is often focused on the upper part of the bodice, and the design on the top portion of the wedding dress. It depends on the type of body that you have, as to what type of chest design you will choose to best suit yourself when wearing your special wedding dress.
The addition of lace tends to make a dress more complicated and many dress designers will choose to have areas on the dress that are also made from a sheer fabric alone and not overly heavy on the lace presence.
The veiled or lace chest addition to a wedding dress can simply be added to many other common designs of wedding dresses. Normally a sheer type of fabric is used on the gown and sewn over the top portion of a strapless dress design. This type of material may be chiffon or an organza type of fabric; these are the more commonly chosen fabrics for this purpose.
Another popular design choice is to have a boat neckline which is able to compliment the top linear edge of the strapless bodice, this is placed above the bust line.
This lace addition to the dress design can also be worn with a sheer or solid fabric or with sleeves. However when matching the neck line and the sleeves, one would need to be very particular in regards to the style of the neckline and that of the sleeves on the gown.
Longer sleeves tend to look the best with this style selection, while he veiled chest is not as attractive with a dress that has capped sleeves. A boat neckline with sheer material also looks very attractive with shorter sleeves. Your personal style and body type are very important in making the decision of what type of dress design will look best on you for your wedding day.
